Community Involvement

Supporting and Giving Back to Northeast Texas

At Roper & White, we consider it a privilege to be a part of the Northeast Texas community. Our ties to this area run deep—both of our founding attorneys were born and raised here: Bryan White grew up in Mt. Vernon and Daniel Roper grew up in Sulphur Springs.

The incredible people and organizations in this area inspire us to give back as much as we can and call attention to the amazing work being done by those who do incredible things with no expectation of reward.

Hopkins County Heroes Program

Launched in April 2022, the Roper & White Hopkins County Heroes Program highlights the impact of individuals who have made a difference in the lives of others. Heroes point us in the right direction, guide us down difficult paths, make sacrifices for others, or simply take time out to lend a hand.

Hopkins County Heroes recognizes people who put others first, have the courage to stand up for what’s right, and in ways large and small devote themselves to making our corner of the world a better place. It’s our way of shining a light on those who make life more beautiful for others.
